Stage 5

Bodø til sandnessjøen

We catch the ferry from Moskenæs to Bodø that will carry us across Vestfjorden. There are two ways to Sandnessjøen, on either side of the  Saltfjellet-Svartisen National Park. Both are quite scenic, but we’ll choose the coastal road as this has far less traffic. Once again, we’ll have to consider ferry times and resupply options that are few and far between.
